تُعد اللغة الإنجليزية أداة أساسية في مجال الدراسات القانونية الجزائية، حيث أصبحت اللغة المعتمدة في معظم المراجع الأكاديمية والاتفاقيات الدولية، إضافةً إلى كونها لغة العمل في العديد من الهيئات القضائية الجنائية الدولية. وبناءً عليه، تكتسي هذه المادة أهمية خاصة في مرحلة التكوين المتقدم، إذ تهدف إلى تعميق معارف الطلبة باللغة الإنجليزية القانونية، مع التركيز على المصطلحات المرتبطة بالعلوم الجنائية، وتمكينهم من استخدامها بفعالية في إعداد مذكراتهم وأطروحاتهم الأكاديمية. كما تهدف المادة إلى ترسيخ القواعد اللغوية الضرورية لإنجاز بحوث علمية دقيقة وسليمة في ميدان القانون الجنائي.

English has become an essential tool in the field of criminal legal studies, as it is the primary language used in most academic references, international conventions, and the working language of many international criminal judicial bodies. Accordingly, this course holds particular importance at the advanced stage of legal training. It aims to deepen students’ knowledge of legal English, with a focus on terminology related to criminal law, enabling them to use it effectively in the preparation of their dissertations and academic theses. The course also seeks to reinforce the necessary linguistic rules that ensure the production of accurate and well-structured scientific research in the field of criminal law
