القانون له دور رئيسي في تنظيم العلاقات بين الأفراد والمجتمعات والدول وهاته الأخيرة تتميز بعلاقات قانونية خاصة تحتاج إلى العديد من المصطلحات القانونية خاصة باللغة الإنجليزية، لأن المجال القانوني الدولي ذات أهمية لمن يريد الدخول إلى هذا المجال القانوني بشكل خاص، ومع ظهور الهيئات القضائية الدولية وبشكل أدق المحكمة الجنائية الدولية تبلورت أهمية المصطلحات في هذا المجال لفهم أكثر لاختصاص المحكمة ونعني هنا الجرائم الدولية ذات الاهتمام العالمي، وهو ما حاولنا الالمام به في هاته الدروس والتي تركزت أولا على مقدمة للجريمة الدولية ثم تعريف كل جريمة من الجرائم الأربع.
